Audit logs are records that help your agency review access to your website and track changes made in Isomer Studio.
There are 2 types of audit logs available in Isomer Studio:
Access report: Shows who has access to your website including email addresses, roles, dates added and last login dates.
Activity report: Shows what happened on Isomer Studio for the selected site during the selected month.
Isomer Admin can request for the above reports and receive them as .csv files via email.
Request for audit logs
Go to Site Settings.
Select Logs.
Choose the report you need - Access, Activity or Both.
For activity report, select month in which you want the report for. It can be for the current month or any of the previous 11 month. An export for the current month includes records available up to the day you request it.
Select Request export.
Isomer Studio will send a download link to the email address associated with your account when the report is ready. When you select Both, you will receive two emails, one for each report.
Download your audit logs
Open the email from Isomer Studio and select the download link to download the relevant .csv file.
đĄ To note:
1. The link remains valid for three days. If it expires, you may request for another download links via the steps above.
2. Keep the download link secure. Anyone with the link can download the report while the link remains valid.
Review who exported audit data
Requests for audit log exports are recorded in the Activity report.
To see who requested an export and when they requested it, generate an Activity report for the month in which the export occurred.
