What you can embed natively
Isomer Studio has built-in support for embedding the following tools directly from the block editor, with no custom code required.

What Isomer Studio does not support natively
The following tools are not natively supported and cannot be embedded using a standard block:
VICA (Virtual Intelligent Chat Assistant) — the WOG chatbot
AskGov
AWS Connect chat widgets
Other custom JavaScript widgets or iframe embeds not listed above
Isomer Studio is a static site generator — it does not support custom JavaScript execution or arbitrary iframe embeds. This is a deliberate design decision to maintain security, performance, and accessibility compliance across all government sites.
Requesting support for a tool
If you need to embed a tool that is not natively supported, write to [email protected] with the subject line "Embed request: [your site name] — [tool name]" and describe your use case. The Isomer team will advise whether integration is possible and what the options are.
Note that not all tools can be supported. The team will assess each request against security, performance, and DSS (Digital Services Standards) compliance requirements.
