Audit logs and access reports are records that help your agency review access to your website and track changes made in Isomer Studio.
There are 2 types of reports available in Isomer Studio:
Audit logs: Shows what happened on Isomer Studio for the selected site during the selected month.
Access report: Shows who has access to your website including email addresses, roles, dates added and last login dates.
Isomer Admin can request for the above reports and receive them as .csv files via email.
Request for audit logs
Go to Site Settings from the side panel.
Select Logs.
Select the month you are interested in.
Select if you would like to get audit log for (a) all sites you have admin access to or (b) the site that you are on.
Request for access reports
Select Users from the side panel.
Click Export user access.
Select if you would like to get access reports for (a) all sites you have admin access to or (b) the site that you are on.
Obtain your reports
For both audit logs and access reports, Isomer Studio will send a download link for the relevant .csv file to the email address associated with your account when the report is ready.
💡 To note:
1. The link remains valid for three days. If it expires, you may request for another download links via the steps above.
2. Keep the download link secure. Anyone with the link can download the report while the link remains valid.
Review who exported audit data
Requests for audit log and access report exports are recorded in Audit log. To see who requested an export and when they requested it, generate an Audit log for the month in which the export occurred.

Audit log
The Audit log shows what happened on your website, when it happened and who performed the action.
This includes:
Creation/updating of pages [Event type: ResourceCreate, ResourceUpdate]
Granting of permissions [Event type: PermissionCreate]
Creation/deletion of redirections [Event type: RedirectCreate, RedirectDelete]
Change in site settings [Event type: SiteConfigUpdate]
Publishing activity [Event type: Publish]
Audit Log Requests [Event type: AuditLogExportCreate]
Login or Logout

Date and time | When the action occurred |
Name and Email | Who performed the action |

Description | A plain-language summary of what happened. Start here when reviewing the report |
Metadata | Additional information about what was published. This is usually empty, other than for the Publish action |
Delta | The recorded information before and after an action |
Last login date and Account creation date | Additional information about the person who performed the action |
Access report
The Access report lists the accounts that have access to your website.
Column | What it tells you |

Date added | When the account received access to the website |
Last login | The account’s most recent recorded login. A blank field means that no last login has been recorded |
