Account deactivation reminders
We deactivate users after 90 days of inactivity as a standard security measure to protect site data. To ensure users are given sufficient notice, we send reminder emails 14 days, 7 days, and 1 day before deactivation so they have the opportunity to log in and retain access.
Performance improvements
We have made a series of improvements that make Isomer Next sites load faster and feel more responsive.
This includes:
Image optimisation on Studio uploads with WebP/AVIF support resulting in a median file reduction size of 69.3%
Reduced client bundle size from ~250kb to ~85kb
Eager loading of font to reduce Content Layout Shift (Flash of Unstyled Text) from ~1000ms to ~90ms
Dynamically eager loading 1st image to reduce LCP
Pages with YouTube/Vimeo embeds loads faster
Sites with AskGov and VICA widgets loads faster
These improvements have led to an increase in median WOGAA Lighthouse performance score from 79 in Nov 2025 to 89 in Feb 2026.
