What are pages?

Pages are where you can populate the main contents. There two layout options for pages:

  1. Default layout: This is our most basic layout for your content. It's versatile and suitable for a wide range of page types.

  2. Article layout: Designed for the perfect reading experience, this layout is ideal for text-heavy content such as news articles, press releases, and speeches.

If you're feeling a bit unsure about what can each layouts do, take a look at sample.isomer.gov.sg for inspiration and guidance.

Which to do first - Create or organise?

When building your site, you might wonder whether it’s better to start by creating your pages or organising them into folders. The truth is, there’s no right or wrong approach. It all depends on what feels more comfortable or efficient for your team.

Here are two common approaches:

  1. Create and edit pages first

    1. Focus on creating your content, and organise it into folders later as needed.

  2. Organise into folders first:

    1. Set up your folder structure to organise your pages, then create and edit your pages within those folders.

Both approaches work, and it's entirely up to what makes the most sense for your workflow.
